Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. You can request for a return directly to support@petwana.com and If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You can return your order within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Refunds are processed to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Returns must be unused, unworn and in the original state with manufacturer packaging to warrant a refund.

Refunds

Returns are easy to process, and you can expect your products to arrive within a week. There’s a 20% restocking fee to all the returned products due to buyer’s remorse, but it’s waived if the return is initiated as the result of a defect or damage during transit. If there was an error on our part during shipping, We’ll fully refund your original shipping costs.

Refunds usually takes 24-72 hours to process, and you’ll receive an refund confirmation email. If there’s a problem with your refund, We’ll work to get it sorted out as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges for different products for warranty purposes. Every purchase requires an invoice with the purchase date. Unused product returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase in order to receive a refund. Product color and style requests must be made in advance if any.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a product that is damaged, has a manufacturer defect or If you received the wrong product please contact us immediately. Please do not ship products directly back to us, as we will be providing shipping labels and replacements in a timely manner

NOTE: Sometimes Return Period may be less than 30 days depending upon the products.
